3. Call back
Once we have all the information we need, we will thoroughly analyze everything from our office and call you back within 24 hours to see what we can do for you. At this point, we would most likely set up an appointment to meet you at the property.
4. Property walk through and offer
During your appointment at your property, we will perform a brief inspection of the exterior and interior of the property. At this point, as long as your property still meets our criteria, we will present a firm offer for your consideration. There is no obligation to our offer.
5. Offer Review
Now that the offer has been made, it is completely up to you to decide what is in your best interest.
6. Acceptance of Offer
If you accept our offer, we will open up escrow to arrange for the cash purchase on your timeline. Nothing will be deducted from your offer price – you will pay no hidden fees, no closing costs, no repair costs, and no commissions. What we offer is what you get, nothing less.
